Select the devices which are connected to the RS485 Modbus RTU interfaces or activate the Modbus TCP functionality if the devices use the Ethernet (LAN) for communication purposes. In this case, Modbus TCP communication must also be activated in the inverter. The TCP functionality must only be activated if the KOSTAL Smart Energy Meter is to be queried by an external device via Modbus TCP (Modbus TCP slave).

NOTE

Info

If you want to use an ENECTOR wallbox with enabled convenience functions or a PIKO MP plus with connected battery, the RS485 interface (e.g. RS485 B) must be enabled here.

NOTE

Info

You will find a detailed description of the Modbus protocol and how it works in the Modbus specification (e.g. see www.modbus.org). Modbus TCP is part of the IEC 61158 standard.
