Solar portal
Enter the Solar Portal configuration. If a Solar Portal is used, log data and events can be sent to the Solar Portal.
In addition, remote access can be enabled here for the service provider and installer.
Remote access to the inverter can also be enabled here for the installer or service provider.

The Solar Portal can only be used for inverters that are connected to the internet.

Last successful transmission | Shows when the inverter last successfully transmitted data to the Solar Portal (provided the function is active). |
Remote access | Remote access to the inverter must be enabled to allow support in the event of faults or for remote configuration. Support staff or an installer can then access the device via the KOSTAL Solar Portal and resolve issues remotely. Inactive: Remote access is disabled (default setting) Active: Remote access is enabled. Enable for 24 hours: Remote access is enabled for this period and then automatically disabled. Enable permanently: Remote access is enabled permanently. Access can be disabled again via the ‘Disable’ option. |
Enable log data export with FTP push | If ‘Use portal’ is enabled and the KOSTAL Solar Portal has been selected, the log data can be transferred to and stored on an external FTP server. A description of the data can be found at Log file: Entries. To do this, enable log data export and configure the FTP push settings. Server: Enter the server address where the FTP server can be reached. Port: Enter the port address (default value is 21). Directory: Specify the directory in which the files are to be stored on the server. Export interval: Select the time interval for the transfer. Use encryption: Use encryption for data transfer. This requires the server to support encryption. Authentication required: If access to the server requires a username and password, enter the relevant details here. Connection status: Displays the current connection status to the server. Last successful export: Time of the last successful data transfer. |
