Proper use

The inverter converts direct current into alternating current. This can be used as follows:

• For self-consumption
• For feed-in into the public grid
• For temporary storage in a battery storage system

For battery storage to be connected to the inverter, DC input 3 must be released for battery use. To do this, an activation code must be entered in the inverter. The activation code can be purchased at KOSTAL Solar Webshop Activating battery connection

The device may only be used in grid-connected systems within the intended power range and under the permissible ambient conditions. The device is not intended for mobile use.

Inappropriate use may lead to injury or even death for the user or third parties. Material damage to the device and other equipment can also occur. The device may therefore only be used for its intended purpose.

All components fitted on the device or in the system must satisfy the standards and guidelines that apply in the country of installation.
